The first step is to visit a dealer stamp, or any place that sells stamps, and purchase a package for beginners. Some sites sell this package ready to buy, otherwise it can be easily prepared, a good package for beginners should contain the following:
· ; A stamp album
· adhesive paper stamps
· A package of one or two thousand different stamps
· Tweezers
· Optionally, a catalog of stamps is a good idea.
At the beginning I can imagine that are collected stamps from a country or a particular topic, so it's not a good idea to buy a package of stamps from different countries and themes. The issue is that you can not collect stamps, especially if a topic before you do not have general knowledge of philately. For this, you must acquire the basic knowledge to be able to enjoy this exciting hobby.
Now, a package like the one I mentioned should not cost much. In fact, you can get some for very little money, or other for much longer. For a beginner I suggest a package containing a good album with a package containing not more than a thousand or two thousand stamps. Having identified each stamp and put in their place you have completed your basic training. From here you can be sure that these acquire relevant knowledge about philately, and you're ready to enjoy all the pleasures that this hobby provides all collectors.
