The thematic philately scout has always interested me, as I will lead a time of my life, although as I said, "Once a Scout always scout, so rather, I'm scout. I have several stamps of this issue, which I will be posting little by little, and my new acquisitions on this very interesting topic.
I have little information on the stamp I'm showing is the purchase a gentleman of advanced age some years ago in the mail from my city. I can understand the image of France is referred to a World Jamboree. Another theory is that the World Jamboree was held in France and that the stamp is in some Arab country (I say this because the markings are only hieroglyphics to me). What do you think?
